Introduction

This page will soon offer a unix-shell script to run your favorite emulator with the following extra's:
-transparent gzip support
-separate commandline options on per game basis, though simple .cfg files
-.sav .sv? .ram etc files are moved to $HOME/.emu/
-Allowing play from readonly dirs, since the .rom, .bin, .etc file is moved to $HOME/.emus/ and ungzipped if nescesarry.
-All of this is configurable on a per emu basis so if the emu already supports gzip, you can disable it.
